All roles have flexible schedules, and your work hours can be adapted to fit you. There are periods during the year which are busier than others, particularly our enrolment season. On average these roles require about 1-3 hours of your time per week.

Mentorship to Health

​

We are expanding our team and we are looking for professionals or students from any healthcare career to support students in overcoming the barriers they encounter. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

 

Programme Coordinator​

• Working with the Mentorship to Health Programme Lead to coordinate the Mentorship to Health Programme, and deliver a high quality programme for students and schools,

• Organising and monitoring activities and events for students and schools.

• Building and maintaining partnerships and relationships with schools.

• Overseeing the M2H newsletter

• Supporting student and mentor recruitment, coordination, and allocation.

Dental School Lead

• Overseeing the dentistry pathway of Mentorship to Health.

• Coordinating and leading dentistry mentor team and students,

• Working with the M2H team to create and deliver support materials to guide students in applying to dental school.

Mentors

• We are looking for professionals and students within dentistry, nursing, and midwifery to support and mentor students with applying and preparing for university for these degree courses.

University Insight Coordinators

• Working with the team to organise and create resources and activities for students focused on university insight, the university application process, the different types of universities, and personal statement.

​Nursing Lead

• ​Overseeing the nursing pathway of Mentorship to Health.

• Coordinating and leading nursing mentors.

• Working with the M2H team to create and deliver support materials to guide students in applying to university.

Midwifery Lead

• Overseeing the midwifery pathway of Mentorship to Health.

• Coordinating and leading midwifery mentors.

• Working with the M2H team to create and deliver support materials to guide students in applying to university.

Veterinary Science/Medicine Lead

• ​​Overseeing the veterinary pathway of Mentorship to Health.

• Coordinating and leading veterinary mentors

• Working with the M2H team to create and deliver support materials to guide students in applying to university.

Pathways to Health

​

We are looking for people to join our education team to help deliver health workshops in schools. As well as mentors to support students in designing and implementing their health projects as part of Pathways to Health Pioneers. 

​

Education Professionals

​

We are looking for education professionals to join our core team to develop and improve our programmes for students from a range of backgrounds and ages.

Finance/Fundraising Lead​

 

We are looking for professionals to join our team to help with fundraising and the finances of the charity.
